HD-Pro is a European company that owns a network of service stations in France, Bulgaria, and Moldova our mission was to address the issue of systematizing processes and data accounting within the company. To solve this problem, we created a unique CRM system that streamlines all processes, including financial account monitoring, access allocation to personal accounts for various roles, employee data, client information, project status, a task manager, and a calendar of visits to job sites. This system allows us to effectively manage and organize all of the data and activities related to our business, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
